Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
The whole factory follows ISO 9001 system.The Quality Assurance Department run strict control in every process, IQC-IPQC-OQC.
Quality Control Procedures
We follow a strict multi-stage quality control (QC) process: Incoming materials/parts undergo IQC random checks against standard samples (qualified for warehousing, unqualified for return/repair and re-inspection). Production line operators conduct 100% visual and functional checks, with IPQC randomly inspecting in-process products. Defects are repaired before re-entering production. OQC random checks final products (qualified for finished goods warehousing, unqualified for rework), and all QC reports are kept for 3 years.

We have also added a built-in handle, which is hidden at the back of the unit, plus a built-in rechargeable battery, making it ideal for portable use. Consumers can easily take the unit to the bedroom, kitchen, balcony, yard, garden, or even on camping trips.
In terms of appearance, it features a Pandora-inspired shape, a unique design in the market. The unit has a frosted housing and a mirror-finished view window on the lid, along with a variety of color combinations, resulting in an excellent overall look. Besides the traditional turntable function, we have added USB and SD playback and recording functions. This allows consumers to easily enjoy both vinyl music and MP3 music from USB or SD devices. For the upgraded version, we can also integrate a CD playback function.
In short, it is a perfect solution for a portable record player with an innovative design.
